Electronic Voice Phenomena

Our research team did a paranormal investigation at a house that served as a hospital during the Civil War. We captured an EVP recording that we can't identify as the English language. It seems there are at least 2 different voices and possibly even 2 different languages.

We are trying to identify the language and then translate what is being said. Would anybody be able to assist us with this please? It is a very short clip only a few seconds long.
