Forensic Science Work Experience

Hi i am not sure if you will be able to help me but i am going to ask anyway. I am a first year undergraduate forensic science and criminal investigation student and was wondering if you could help me with some experience or point me in the right direction.

I have sent emails to different places, i really just want to get some experience so it will help me with my course and make it easier to get a job at the end of it.
