I would highly recommend this book, it was my primary set text for the toxicology modules in my Forensic Science degree.

I would also recommend

A fantastic book which covers all aspects of Forensic Science. Dr A Jackson was one of my Lecturers on my degree course and is a mine or amazing knowledge. In this book he breaks down aspects of forensics into easy to manage section which are short but succinct and contain a lot of detail.

This book by Alan Langford et al is also very good for the more technical or hands on aspects of Forensics

Excellent Forensic Toxicology Book
by: David

Principles of Forensic Toxicology, Second Edition: Edited By Barry Levine

Amazon Customer Review

If you are interested in forensic toxicology, Principles of Forensic Toxicology is a great addition to your library. The book is designed for an undergraduate course of one semester. This book is well-written by renown scientists and provides an excellent introduction to toxicology. It provides detailed information on instruments and the principles and theories of their use, drugs of abuse, alcohol, postmortem toxicology, and general principles of toxicology. This book further solidified my knowledge of toxicology & will be an excellent source for future questions and problems. (Darrel Eubank)
