The only way to pass a hair follicle test is to shave all the hair on you body, because it can be taken form your head, legs, underarms, etc.

Why not find out what kind of chemical they use at the lab to separate the toxins from your hair follicle so they can test it. Then obtain some and try it on your own hair before you go in for a test.
